Debbie Thorndike

A socialite girl secretly married and blackmailed by a man named Jacques.  Debbie was saved by Dick Tracy after Jacques came to kill her at his joint, the “Bird Club”.  Later she and her new boyfriend “Sailor” Mann reopened the club and she would again be rescued from certain death when Jacques brother B.B. Eyes tried to kill her in a furnace explosion.
