Professor Roy Hinkley

Roy Hinkley is a Professor at Patterson University and called Dick Tracy after mudlarkers found an airtight box with a murder confession inside at the bottom of Lake Freedom when it was drained for dam repair.  That confession was written by long time serial killer, Simon Baux, aka Sweatbox.
