Madeline Dell

The cockiest member of the Perfume Gang, Madeline caught a ride home with Dick Tracy and accidently left her purse with evidence behind in his car.  When Tracy later tracked down Madeline she lured him into a trap, taking him prisoner.  Tracy soon escaped and  arrested her.
