Fencer

Fencer partnered with Big Brass and stole over $2 million dollars in mob money in a house.  His wife was killed by a tornado that hit the house just as Dick Tracy and Sam Catchem arrived to recover the tainted loot.  Fencer would later commit suicide by jumping off a city bridge.  Tracy arrived in time to save his pet dog.
