Gyp Reed

Gyp was a fence who sold jewelry and other items stolen by Maxine Viller and her gang.  Maxine and Gyp traded messages using a large dog named Satan.  Tracy followed Satan to Gyp’s place and he and Officer Milligan laid a trap and arrested Gyp and Steve the Tramp who was delivering the goods for Maxine.
