Palm Bucker

Palm Bucker was con-man wanted in several cities across the United States.  “Palmey” was hired by Haf and Haf to perform a fake marriage to wed him and blind Mrs. Kora Steel in order to get his hands on her money.  During the ceremony Dick Tracy arrived, tracking down Haf and Haf and broke up the heist, taking both criminals into custody.
