J. Kindly Goodheart was a wealthy businessman with land holdings around the city airport. Goodheart was constantly pressed for money and jewelry by his girlfriend Babe and hired a man named Dimwit to sabotage the airport to sweeten some land deals. Dimwit was more than successful and Goodheart soon planned to leave the city and Babe for a warmer climate. Babe overheard his plans though and choked him to death using a diamond necklace.
