Kitty B.B. Eyes

Wife of B.B. Eyes the bootlegger, Kitty and her husbands friend Itchy took Dick Tracy prisoner after Itchy found him hiding in his trunk.  Kitty held a grudge against Tracy for the death (assumed death) of her husband.  The two tied Tracy up and attempted to starve him to death in her basement but Junior arrived and Tracy escaped.  Itchy was shot and Mrs. B.B. Eyes was arrested.
