Sketch Paree

An insane clothing designer, responsible for the death of Talcum Freely, a rival clothing designer. Paree led Dick Tracy and Sam Catchem into a death trap in the river. Sketch’s weapon of choice was a sponge mask he used to drown his victims. He also talked to a little doll named Babee. Later shot dead by Dick Tracy when he tried to kill Spike Dyke.
