Sticks Hepbeat

Husband of Dewdrop Hepbeat and brother of the gang leader Open-Mind Monty, Sticks helped his wife trick her father into bestowing them with a ten million dollar inheritance.  Dewdrop smothered her father with a pillow and when police arrived Sticks was shot.
