Watson

Watson’s true background is unknown, but he worked as a janitor for the Police Department and assisted a new recruit named Shirl Locke Holmes in disabling police surveillance and alarm systems during robberies organized by the criminal Baskerville.  Watson had a special made vacuum cleaner that would perform the disruptive deed when he plugged it in. Watson was arrested once Tracy determined Shirl’s true nature.
